Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.
This role in summary
We are looking for a strategically minded and execution-oriented Growth Manager to drive scalable online revenue across key Latin American markets, primarily Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.
In this role, you will lead conversion-focused growth initiatives across both our owned brand websites and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre, Amazon). You will be responsible for orchestrating four key pillars—Performance Media, Content/Creative Strategy, SEO, and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing—to maximize acquisition, retention, and total sales. This role sits at the intersection of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Commercial strategy.
