We are seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to join our organization.
In this capacity, you will play a key part in advancing the productivity and growth of our AWS-driven initiatives, turning large-scale data into meaningful strategies that strengthen our alliances. You will engage with various teams to oversee different elements of AWS business operations, including CRM oversight, project management, process refinement, and customer relations.




This role provides an opportunity to be involved in EPAM’s expanding AWS team and make a significant impact on our business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Review AWS sales figures and operational statistics, manage internal CRM tools, track AWS ACE pipeline, and handle revenue, consumption, and forecasting tasks
Work alongside the Operations team to ensure accuracy and consistency of data in both internal and external reports
Discover and suggest ways to improve operational procedures to enhance AWS business performance
Contribute to the preparation of financial summaries and assist in creating presentations for top management
Collaborate with project groups to facilitate the smooth execution and completion of AWS opportunities
Support the tracking of project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables to help meet business goals
