esDevelop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation system
s.Program Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal/Step 7 and Allen-Bradley using Studio 5000/RSLogix 500
0.Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA applications using WinCC and FactoryTal
k.Configure and troubleshoot I/O, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial network
s.Perform PLC commissioning, startup, FAT/SAT, testing, and system integratio
n.Troubleshoot EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS,



and Modbus communicatio
n.Integrate PLCs with robots, vision systems, conveyors, MES, and other automation equipmen
t.Read electrical schematics and support remote troubleshooting with onsite team
