About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a major Policy Processing Platform Modernization initiative. You will lead project execution, coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of a large-scale platform migration while maintaining quality and meeting key milestones.

What You'll Do

Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and post-launch support
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Track risks, dependencies,



and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
Drive executive communications and project governance
Support modernization and migration initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

4+ years of Project Management experience
Proven success leading large-scale technology, transformation, or migration projects
Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams; Rally experience is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent English
Bachelor's degree
Insurance industry experience is a plus, but candidates from any industry are welcome
