This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) oversees 120+ retail stores and 8+ ecommerce sites, partnering with regional distributors to deliver seamless consumer journeys and strong commercial performance across LATAM.
You will align with general KPIs, drive in-store engagement, omnichannel integration and best-in-class ecommerce execution, while championing the company’s strategy and metrics
