We are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer to work at our manufacturing site
in Lerma.

What you’ll do:

* Plan, monitor, and control production processes and variables from start to
finish.
* Optimize workflows, reduce production times and variability, and maximize
product capabilities.
* Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process risks while implementing process
improvement and optimization strategies.
* Participate in the development, implementation, and launch of new products
and projects, taking them through to successful plant-floor execution.
* Provide and maintain accurate process information, documentation, and
improvement schedules.
* Serve as a key link between production and the technical needs of
manufacturing processes, working closely with plant personnel and technical
teams in St. Louis.

What you’ll bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.




* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering, preferably
within the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related process industries.
* Hands-on experience with plant-level process control, management of process
variables, and implementation of process improvement and optimization
strategies.
* Experience taking projects from development through implementation and
transitioning them successfully to an operational level on the plant floor.
* Technical knowledge of production, quality, quality assurance, and process
control in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP system, personnel management, and
Microsoft Office.
* Intermediate to advanced English, with strong communication skills and the
ability to collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams.
