We're looking for a Technical Trainer II to support the development and certification of distributors, partners, and technical teams involved in the assembly, customization, and deployment of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions.
In this role, you'll deliver technical training programs, evaluate adherence to established procedures, and help ensure that distributor-built solutions meet safety, quality, and engineering standards. This position is idóneo for someone with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering who enjoys sharing knowledge, coaching technical audiences, and driving consistent execution across partner networks.
What will you do?
Deliver technical training programs, both virtually and in person, focused on low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions.
Train distributors, partners, and technical personnel on approved customization, assembly, and installation practices.
Support the implementation and maintenance of training programs related to QED2, ETS (Build Ready), and other established product offerings.




Develop and update training content to reflect product enhancements, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
Conduct technical assessments and verify understanding of training content through practical and theoretical evaluations.
Perform distributor workshop audits to evaluate compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Partner with engineering, product, and quality teams to ensure training materials accurately reflect current standards and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve distributor capability, consistency, and customer outcomes through training and coaching.
