The Sales Manager – PAW (LATAM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Latin America region. This role will focus on both expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the PAW portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that the PAW business continues to deliver exceptional value and service while advancing strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of PAW accounts across Latin America, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with the PAW strategic growth plan.
Work closely with Marketing, CD&D;, Platform, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and coordinated go-to-market execution.
Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and pipeline progress to ensure achievement of revenue and business goals.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition/science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or similar degree in Business Management.
