English Teacher for the Middle Years Programme (IB)
Colegio Vista Hermosa is looking for a committed and experienced English teacher to join our high-level teaching team. This is an in-person position with a 20-hour weekly workload.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, teach, and evaluate English classes in accordance with the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the SEP's Nueva Escuela Mexicana approaches.
Lead the Model United Nations (MUN).
Design and implement teaching strategies that develop critical thinking, research, and active learning.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English teaching or a related field (a professional license is required).
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
Demonstrable experience in Model United Nations (MUN).
In-depth knowledge of International Baccalaureate and SEP teaching standards.
Ability to use technological tools and platforms in the classroom.
