Responsibilities
- Work as a Professional Services Consultant to deploy and implement the company Data Protection products (data loss protection, data classification, cloud data protection, Secure collaboration) in large enterprise environments.
Perform knowledge transfer with our customers.
- Collect infrastructure technical requirements from a prospect/customer and create implementation and production deployment procedures for Data Protection products to interoperate and work within prospect/customer’s site.
- Provide remote technical support to customers during the product onboarding engagements, including solutions design, testing, evaluation/pilot and production phases to ensure a successful deployment.
- Responsible for supporting the company Professional Services revenue objectives.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Thoroughly scope engagements through assessing the client’s operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations to optimize the company Data Protection product implementation.
