Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of People, The Talent Acquisition, Culture & Organizational Development Manager owns Birdman's strategic people agenda, with a clear mandate to build and sustain an exceptional team through outstanding talent acquisition. This role is responsible not only for bringing in the right people, but also for building and shaping the systems, environment, ways of working, and people practices that allow them to thrive, grow, and perform at their best within the company.
Beyond hiring, this position leads talent management and organizational development efforts, ensuring that clear expectations, meaningful development paths, and strong leadership support are in place as the company scales. Central to this role is the design and stewardship of a truly meritocrati
