1) Role objective (Role purpose)
Operate across all Agile teams within the Value Stream (VS), actively driving business delivery across all aspects of change,



ensuring alignment, pace, and sustainability to achieve OKRs.
2) Key responsibilities (Principal accountabilities)
Drive and support Agile teams within the VS to deliver in an aligned, high-paced and sustainable way, achieving their OKRs.
Ensure execution of the product vision: support Product Owners (POs) to prioritise and define the delivery construct for the VS.
Support the detailed definition of the business case and cost estimates for business change.
Lead the change delivery plan for go-to-market with Markets (including run-ahead activities, Change & Implementation, etc.).
Identify, manage and proactively control delivery risks across the VS.
Own the VS budget and financial management.
Identify and manage dependencies with other VS / Enabler VS, resolving issues and creating options to keep delivery “at pace” and minimise escalations.
Define VS resourcing, develop team capabilities
