· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
· Working knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and statutory benefit requirements
· Professional proficiency in English strongly.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
· Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems
· Experience working within or alongside a shelter / maquiladora arrangement
· Experience working in an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or similar multi-site manufacturing environment
· Familiarity with a shelter service provider.
· Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers.
