What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with Workday Financials. This individual will be responsible for supporting and overseeing key accounting functions, including month-end close, general ledger activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and cash management.

The adecuado candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.



They will also bring prior experience supervising accounting teams or outsourced service providers and possess the ability to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting operations and outsourced service providers.
- Support the month-end close process, including preparation of financial statements through Workday.
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and general ledger transactions.
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze financial statements and investigate fluctuations in revenue, expenses, and trends.
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and cash requirements.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and process issues.
- Support annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
- Ensure compliance with tax, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
