We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Strategist to help grow a luxury brand through direct sales, strategic lead generation, relationship building, and creative marketing initiatives.

This is not a traditional retail sales position. We are looking for someone who understands how to sell a premium experience, build relationships, identify opportunities, and develop strategies that convert prospects into long-term clients.

Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, conducting direct outreach, building partnerships, and helping create marketing strategies that strengthen the brand's presence and increase sales.

The idóneo candidate is confident, polished, creative, proactive, and comfortable speaking directly with potential clients, businesses, influencers, partners, and other high-value prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, events, referrals, social media, and strategic prospecting.




- Conduct direct sales conversations with prospective clients and partners.
- Develop relationships with potential customers and maintain follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities.
- Develop creative marketing strategies designed specifically for a luxury audience.
- Help position the brand as exclusive, sophisticated, desirable, and differentiated from mass market competitors.
- Create sales approaches for individual customers, corporate clients, luxury businesses, boutiques, hotels, spas, events, and strategic partners.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and closed sales.
- Work with the brand team to develop promotions, launches, campaigns, events, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Research competitors, luxury market trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
