Job Description
Product Management Manager is responsible for defining and maintaining a compelling value proposition, ensuring products remain relevant, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to drive product strategy, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence while overseeing governance, risk controls, policies, and compliance. Additionally, the position ensures the effective execution of marketing materials, vendor and agency management, contract oversight, and the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and digital capabilities to support scalable business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and drive product, marketing, and commercial strategies aligned with business priorities, customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to strengthen the value proposition and identify growth opportunities.
- Own and evolve the end-to-end product architecture and customer journey, ensuring scalable and integrated product flows across platforms while delivering a seamless customer experience.




- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by designing, optimizing, and standardizing processes, leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Lead product innovation and digital enablement, identifying and implementing technology solutions and capabilities that enhance customer value, streamline workflows, and improve internal efficiency.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance by implementing controls, conducting regular reviews, monitoring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing ongoing guidance and training.
- Drive business and portfolio performance for Small Business and Corporate Card products through portfolio insights, P&L; management, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
