*3PL Freight Brokerage – Back-End Operations Coordinator*

Overview

We are looking for an experienced 3PL Freight Brokerage Back-End Operations Coordinator to handle the administrative and customer-service side of freight brokerage operations. This is not a dispatcher or front-end carrier coordination role.

Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain loads accurately in the TMS.
* Handle freight-related data entry and maintain accurate shipment records.
* Manage BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, invoices, and other load documentation.
* Track shipment information and keep customers updated on load status.
* Handle customer service, emails, and day-to-day client requests.
* Verify paperwork, rates, delivery details, and load information for accuracy.
* Assist with billing, invoicing, and general brokerage back-office operations.
* Resolve missing paperwork,



incorrect information, and administrative issues.

Requirements

* Previous back-end experience within a 3PL or freight brokerage is required.
* Strong knowledge of TMS systems, freight documentation, and brokerage workflows.
* Excellent data entry, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal customer-service skills.
*English C1 or Native; not conversational, not B2

*Someone who understands the back end of a freight brokerage from A–Z and can keep loads, paperwork, customers, and internal records organized and accurate.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,398.37 - $20,000.00 per month
