Senior Application Support Specialist – Enterprise Platform Operations

Location: Mexico

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve complex and critical application issues within agreed SLAs

* Lead production incident resolution and coordinate with IT, DevOps, SRE, QA, and Development teams

* Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, stability, and security

* Implement automated monitoring, alerts, and performance improvements

* Develop and maintain Error Budgets and support metrics

* Lead application support projects and strategic initiatives

* Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles





* Mentor junior support team members and provide advanced technical training

* Support 24/7 availability through on-call operations

* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve application supportability

* Work with enterprise technologies including Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, Docker, and Azure

Adecuado Candidate:

* 8–10 years of relevant application or technical support experience

* Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot and cloud-based applications

* Strong understanding of microservices and production support

* Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, MongoDB, and Azure

* Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

* Strong ownership, customer-service mindset, and teamwork
