About The Role
Aon is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven
Cyber Insurance Broker / Cyber Risk Advisor
to join our growing Cyber Solutions practice.

This role combines expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, insurance, and business development. The successful candidate will advise clients on cyber risk exposures, translate technical vulnerabilities into business and insurance implications, design cyber insurance strategies, and drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship management. The role also involves partnering with organizations to strengthen their cyber resilience while securing optimal insurance solutions for evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management




- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, Risk Managers, CISOs, CIOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, renewal discussions, and sales strategies.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while achieving revenue, retention, and growth targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships.

Cyber Risk Advisory
- Assess clients’ cyber risk profiles, including data privacy exposure, business interruption risks, and technology dependencies.
- Translate technical cybersecurity information into clear business risk narratives for clients and insurance underwriters.
- Advise clients on appropriate cyber insurance coverage structures, limits, retentions, and policy wording.
