Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Lead
Salesforce migration
projects, including data transfer, system upgrades, and integration with other business tools.
- Configure and customize
Sales Cloud
features such as workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user roles to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,
design solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements and new features.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of the Salesforce platform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce support when necessary.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is mandatory; additional certifications in
Sales Cloud
or advanced Salesforce specialties are highly desirable.
