Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Community Manager oversees the online presence and community engagement across social media and digital platforms, ensuring consistent and relevant communication aligned with TodoRetail’s brand and objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and publishing content,



moderating comments and conversations, responding to inquiries, and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and followers. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and gathering community feedback to inform program and service improvements. The Community Manager is expected to stay current with trends in retail, digital communication, and community-building best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong community management and social media skills, with experience managing brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
