Yiyo Research is looking for a part-time UX Research Moderator / Interviewer based in Mexico City to support user experience research projects for leading game companies and franchises.
Our research covers different types of games, including FPS, anime-style games, and other genres. Your primary role will be to conduct and moderate user interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with players based on research objectives and discussion guides provided by our research team.
We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with participants, asking thoughtful follow-up questions, keeping discussions on track, and digging deeper into players' experiences, behaviors, motivations, and opinions.

Responsibilities
Conduct and moderate 1-on-1 user interviews (IDIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) for UX research projects.
Native or fluent Spanish with good English communication skills.
Experience in UX research,
market research, psychology, sociology, consumer research, or similar fields is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of qualitative research and interviewing techniques.
Experience moderating research sessions with individual participants or groups.
Ability to follow a research discussion guide while naturally adapting questions based on participants' responses.
Comfortable conducting research sessions in both online and in-person environments.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Working Mode & Compensation
Part-time / project-based: Projects will be assigned based on your experience, availability, and schedule.
Hybrid: Some projects are conducted on-site in Mexico City, while others are conducted online.
Hourly rate: USD $30–$60/hour, depending on experience and project requirements.
