What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
- Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment
- Manage visitor check-ins, badge issuance, and access control
- Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure all security and visitor protocols are followed
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- You enjoy working in fast-paced environments
- You have a strong customer service mindset
- You’re comfortable using basic office tools and systems
- Nice to Have
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude
Language Requirement
- English (B2+ or higher) – this is a must
Work Details
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Onsite position
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $14,000 – $17,500 MXN/month
- Food vouchers: $1,000 MXN
