We are looking for a highly motivated Process Consultant intern to join our consulting team supporting Odoo implementations for our customers. While Odoo experience is not required (we will train you from the ground up) the role calls for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, mapping its processes, and translating them into a digital platform. You will work side by side with our senior consultants on real client projects, gaining hands-on exposure to ERP implementation methodology, business analysis, and digital transformation across different industries.

Main Responsibilities:
- Documenting customer business processes across functional areas (sales, projects, finance, HR, operations, inventory)




- Supporting the configuration and setup of Odoo modules for client projects under the guidance of senior consultants
- Participating in requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with customer stakeholders
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to improvement proposals as part of the implementation roadmap
- Preparing user manuals, training materials, and project documentation for clients
- Assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and end-user training activities
- Following up on client feedback and coordinating with the technical team to resolve open items

Main Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Information Systems, and System Administration Engineering, or related area (5th semester and above)
- Strong interest in business processes, digital
