Overview

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help grow a financial services business in the New York market. This role combines lead research with outbound prospecting, requiring someone who can identify high-quality prospects, build targeted lead lists, conduct cold calls, qualify potential clients, and schedule appointments for the business owner.

The adecuado candidate understands the financial services industry and can confidently discuss topics such as retirement planning, investing, tax strategies, life insurance, and wealth-building while building trust and generating qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

Research and identify qualified prospects throughout New York.

Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Google, databases, and other lead generation tools.

Target business owners, professionals, families, high-income earners, and individuals interested in financial planning.

Verify contact information and maintain organized CRM records.

Conduct outbound cold calls to qualified prospects.





Introduce the company's financial services in a professional and engaging manner.

Build rapport, overcome common objections, and generate interest.

Educate prospects at a conversational level on topics including:

Roth IRAs

Retirement Planning

Investing & Index Funds

S&P; 500 Investing

Life Insurance

Tax Strategies

Wealth Building

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the business owner.

Accurately document calls, notes, and appointment details in the CRM.

Follow up with prospects when appropriate to maximize appointment bookings.

Contiuously improve lead quality through research and market analysis.

Consistently meet daily lead generation, calling, and appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.
