Job Type: Full-Time (Must be fluent in English)
Performance review after 60 days.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Review technician installations every day by checking before/after photos and confirming that mounts, cable runs, weather sealing, and interior finishes meet our installation standards.
- Coordinate and support technicians in the field by helping with dispatch, job details, scheduling changes, and day-to-day questions.
- Help hire and onboard new installation technicians, including screening candidates, setting up equipment, explaining our standards, and supporting their first jobs.
- Handle customer questions and installation issues before, during, and after jobs.
- Identify poor-quality installations and send them back for correction before the job is approved and closed.
- Confirm every completed installation includes the required Starlink speed-test confirmation and complete photo documentation.
You do NOT need to know everything on day one. We provide training on our installation standards,
hiring/onboarding process, dispatch procedures, and customer support process.
You will become the person who makes sure our nationwide installation operation runs smoothly and that technicians consistently deliver high-quality work.
A successful Assistant Operations Manager will be able to look at a technician's job photos and quickly answer:
- Is the mount properly installed, sealed, and level?
- Is the mast vertical?
- Is the cable routed cleanly and securely?
- Are cable clips spaced properly with no sag?
- Is the exterior entry point properly sealed and grommeted?
- Is a drip loop present when required?
- Is the interior cable finished with a proper brush wall plate?
- Has the technician submitted all required before/after photos?
- Is there a successful, aligned Starlink speed-test screenshot?
- Does the finished job look professional enough to represent our company?
