Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, launch management, sales strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization to drive decision-making.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, to support client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level to lead large-scale process transformation or change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
- Ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product,
sales and engineering environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) NPI and Projects Lead, you will help drive Google Cloud’s launch readiness by owning a strategic portfolio of product and program launches. In this role, you will collaborate closely across GTM, business operations, product management, and enablement to mitigate launch risks and deliver successful launches.
