Home Sales Representative (Remote – Mexico)

We provide educational resources and training programs that guide individuals through the legal process of firearm ownership and safety certification.
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, highly motivated In-Home Sales Representatives based in Mexico to join our growing U.S. call center team. In this role, you will speak with inbound and outbound leads, assisting customers in enrolling in concealed carry certification classes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Educate customers on concealed carry permit classes
- Close sales and meet performance targets
- Maintain accurate call notes and customer information
- Deliver excellent customer service in fluent English
Requirements:
- Must speak and understand English fluently (near-native level)
- Minimum 3 years of call center sales experience (U.S. call center experience preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and closing
- Must have a quiet, professional home office setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Computer speed must be 125mps or faster
- Must own computer equipment (headset, PC, etc.)
- Ability to work 10 AM – 7 PM CST consistently
Compensation:
- $10 USD per hour (~$170 MXN/hour)
- Independent contractor position (not an employee role)
Work Environment:
- 100% remote (work from home)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace required
