Full-Time | Permanent | 100% Fully Remote
- Location:
Remote (Expats Welcome)
- Target Compensation:
~$1,213.10 – $1,386.40 USD/month (based on full-time hours) | $7.00 – $8.00 USD/hr
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.
- Direct budgeting, cash flow forecasting, job costing, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Build and refine scalable financial systems, internal controls, and operational workflows.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to guide leadership decisions.
- Ensure absolute financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency across all operations.

Requirements & Skills
- Professional Background:
Prior experience as a CFO, Finance Manager, Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant (construction or real estate finance experience preferred).




- Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow management, job costing, payroll, collections, and financial reporting.
- Certifications:
CPA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Core Competencies:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
- Language Proficiency:
Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal).
