Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, testing, activation, and optimization of automated and personalized customer journeys.

You will work closely with marketing, business, data, creative, and technology teams to translate campaign and customer experience requirements into scalable journey orchestration solutions. You will contribute to the implementation of communications across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and web experiences, depending on the project scope.
