Requirements
- Experience in costing and estimating
within manufacturing environments, preferably in the
packaging industry

- Experience working with
ERP systems

or another ERP system used in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of
costing, estimating, and production processes

- Experience with
ERP system implementation, migration, or administration
.
- Ability to manage and analyze information related to:
- Raw materials.
- Labor.
- Machine costs.
- Overhead costs.
- Freight.
- BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Production routings.
- Experience analyzing
presente costs vs. estimated costs
and identifying cost variances.
- Knowledge of
production planning and scheduling
.
- Experience in




process improvement and procedure standardization
.
- Ability to analyze
profitability by customer, SKU, and project
.
- Experience developing
reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making
.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel.
- Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, including
Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Management
.
- Experience
training users and promoting proper ERP system usage
.
- Advanced English
