Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the digital sales of lending on charge products, ensuring continuous growth of the channel and optimization of conversion. The position also oversees communication and marketing for the Credit Card product, defining messaging, campaigns, and positioning to drive adoption and usage.

Additionally, the role leads the end-to-end strategy for Installment Plans (MSI) across all products, including design, execution, performance monitoring, and holistic optimization. Responsible for the control management pillar in relation to lending strategies

This Director will lead a team of three managers and work closely with key cross functional partners, including, Risk, Finance, Pricing, Servicing, GCI, GCO, Compliance, GABM, CA&C; and more.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the credit card communication of value proposition. Loyalty enhancement driven by communication strategy to engage credit card customers as well as increasing spend.
- Revenue key contributor by leading FCR generators initiatives such as revolvers, DYP and plan N




- Leader of plan N strategy for ICS products
- NPD marketing workstream leadership
- Responsible for internal and external audits accomplishment related to credit cards
- Lead lending management actions and projects
- Impact on results that this position must generate.
- FCR generator by increasing plan N usage and penetration. Also increasing the number of customers using plan N.
- Revenue and PTI impacts driven by management action implemented
- Billed Business generator by positioning product value proposition, communication spend stimulation offers and campaigns
- Increase NPS through a customize and 360 communication strategy.
- SHOW increase by spend stimulation communications
- Lend on Charge Structured plans Channels, Eligibility, Customer experience, Pricing
- Lead Digital Sales channels for DYP with focus on Performance Management
- Revenue growth through consistent, high-quality sales
