About the Role

We're looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to own visual design production and brand consistency across our full portfolio — ILUMINAR Lighting, What Rebates, Sustainable Path, Bench Cultivation, and Carbon Axis. This is a design role built for the AI era: you'll use AI image and video tools to scale output without sacrificing brand quality, while still owning the craft fundamentals that make design actually work.

This is a broad, hands-on role by design — one person covering visual design, AI-assisted image production, product video/motion, and design systems across five distinct brands. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between all of these day to day, not specializing in just one.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding
- Produce social graphics, digital ad creative, one-pagers,



and print collateral across all five brands.
- Maintain each brand's visual identity and apply existing style guides consistently.

AI-Assisted Image & Graphic Production
- Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image) for campaign visuals, product mockups, and social content.
- Build and maintain a prompt library per brand to keep AI outputs on-brand.

Product Video & Motion
- Own product video production for social and marketing: unboxing, feature highlights, how-to/demo clips, talking-head/explainer videos.
- Solid grounding in video editing fundamentals (cuts, pacing, captions, color/audio basics), plus AI tools to speed up production (HeyGen/Synthesia for AI presenters; CapCut, Opus Clips, Descript for editing and short-form repurposing; Canva AI video for quick social cuts).

Design Systems & Templates
- Build and maintain reusable templates (social, ads)
