Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the company executes at a high level every day.

This role oversees operational execution across the business, including project management, client onboarding, Virtual Assistant onboarding, department accountability, process improvement, and operational technology.

You will work directly with the CEO to turn ideas into execution, remove operational bottlenecks, and ensure the company continues scaling without sacrificing quality or customer experience.





This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys creating structure, building teams, and making organizations run better.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Execution

⁠ ⁠Own the execution of company initiatives from planning through completion.

⁠ ⁠Ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders are accountable.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate initiatives across HR, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Client Success.

⁠ ⁠Build scalable systems that improve efficiency as the company grows.

⁠ ⁠Create, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

⁠ ⁠Monitor company KPIs and operational health.

Team Leadership

⁠ ⁠Lead department managers and team leaders.

⁠ ⁠Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.

⁠ ⁠Coach managers to improve leadership and accountability.

⁠ ⁠Help recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees.

⁠ ⁠Foster a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
