A leading multinational healthcare organization is looking for an experienced
Human Resources Business Partner
to support regional operations and partner with business leaders in driving organizational success.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a global environment, supporting multiple business units while influencing talent, culture, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and organizational development.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Coach managers on people-related matters and organizational effectiveness.
• Support organizational changes and transformation projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
✔ 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience within multinational organizations.
✔ Experience supporting operations, manufacturing or shared services environments.
✔ Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management and organizational development.
✔ Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
✔ Advanced English (daily interaction with regional and integral teams).
✔ Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
