Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
PMO Jr.
to join our Project Management Office team. In this role, you will support Program Managers and cross-functional teams in planning, tracking, and executing complex projects.

You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring schedules and budgets, and preparing executive dashboards. This is an idóneo role for an ambitious early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in program management, process governance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Tracking & Reporting
- Track and update project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Consolidate progress data from project leads to create weekly and monthly status reports, executive dashboards, and performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
- Monitor action item logs, following up with team members to ensure timely task completion.

2. Governance & Documentation Management




- Maintain the central PMO repository (SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or MS Teams), ensuring all project charters, schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes are up to date.
- Enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and quality gateways across all project phases (from kickoff to project closure).
- Assist in organizing and facilitating project gate reviews, alignment sessions, and recurring team meetings.

3. Risk, Change & Financial Support
- Maintain Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs; assist project managers in flagging risks early and tracking mitigation plans.
- Support the tracking of project change requests (CRs) and their potential impacts on scope, timeline, and cost.
- Assist with financial tracking, including monitoring budget consumption, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing milestones.

4. Process Improvement & Collaboration
