What You’ll Be Doing
Ondaro is seeking Business Process Consultant Works independently with stakeholders to analyze, design, and improve business processes using ServiceNow capabilities. Translates business requirements into functional solutions and supports delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain revenue recognition and invoicing processes, including collections.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Design optimized workflows using ServiceNow capabilities
- Support backlog prioritization and solution validation
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure alignment with platform best practices.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and enterprise service management processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD or SPM)
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into functional designs
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL
