Commercial Manager

Location: Jacona, Michoacán, Mexico
Salary: MXN $30,000 – $45,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: Statutory benefits in accordance with Mexican law
Reports to: General Manager
Travel: Availability to travel is required

About the Position

At Comfrut, we are looking for a Commercial Manager with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a solid business orientation to lead the company's commercial development in both national and international markets.

This position will be responsible for managing and strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and participating in the definition of pricing and commercial strategies, ensuring sustainable sales growth and profitability.

We are looking for a professional who understands that commercial success is not only about generating sales, but also about understanding costs, defining profitable prices, protecting margins, and making data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and implement commercial strategies for national and international markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect, develop, and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Prepare commercial quotations and proposals based on cost and profitability analysis.
- Analyze product cost structures, selling prices, and profit margins.
- Participate with the General Manager in defining pricing strategies.
- Negotiate prices, commercial conditions, contracts, and agreements with national and international customers.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Analyze sales performance and commercial KPIs and present results to Management.
- Identify new market opportunities and business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and pricing conditions.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and other internal areas
