We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to join a integral IT team supporting manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting business needs, manufacturing operations, and technology, working closely with users and IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Support manufacturing and Shop Floor systems.
• Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate their resolution.
• Provide system support and training to end users.
• Participate in IT projects and system implementations.
• Create and maintain process and system documentation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, Manufacturing Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments / Shop Floor operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
• General understanding of IT environments: applications, databases, operating systems, networks, and servers.
• Basic knowledge of C# and/or JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with MES or Shop Floor Control Systems.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with IT implementations or systems integration projects.
