Are you an experienced Business Analyst passionate about retail, eCommerce, and digital transformation? Join a large-scale implementation project and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver enterprise eCommerce solutions.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 6–10 years of Business Analyst experience

✅ At least 3 years of experience in retail and eCommerce projects

✅ Strong technical English and fluent Spanish — mandatory

✅ Availability to work onsite in Polanco, CDMX

✅ End-to-end implementation experience, from Discovery through Go-Live

✅ Strong client-facing and requirements-workshop experience

✅ Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, RTMs, and UAT documentation

✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum and distributed onshore/offshore teams

✅ Solid understanding of product catalogs,



pricing, promotions, inventory, order management, checkout, payments, fulfillment, returns, marketplaces, and omnichannel commerce

Experience with one or more of these platforms is highly desirable:

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud

• Adobe Commerce/Magento

• Shopify Plus

• Mirakl Marketplace

• Kibo OMS

• SAP Commerce/Hybris

• Oracle Retail

• Akeneo PIM

• Payment gateway integrations

Technical exposure to REST APIs, JSON/XML, microservices, Postman, Jira, Confluence, and SQL is a plus.
