What You'll Be Doing: As our Quality Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of excellence Your main mission will be to oversee and ensure that all quality standards are met and exceeded throughout our US-based photovoltaic projects.



This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the technical aspects of solar projects and play a crucial role in their successful delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Quality: Leading quality control efforts and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and industry standards. You'll be the go-to person for all things quality
- Document Control: Managing and maintaining all project-related documentation. Accuracy and organization are your superpowers here
- Inspections & Audits: Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed quality reports and performance metrics for management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
