Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Mental Health Counselor. The counselor will provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy services through virtual sessions, focusing on individual and relationship concerns, as well as broader mental health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing collaborative treatment plans,



maintaining accurate and timely case notes, and coordinating care within MantraCare’s AI-driven and expert-supported ecosystem. The role involves working closely with clients to support their emotional well-being, monitoring progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and ensuring continuity of care. The counselor will also participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and may contribute to program development or quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Mental Health and Psychology, including assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to coordinate care, set goals, and track client progress.
- Experience in Relationship Counseling and working with couples or families on communication, conflict resolution, and relational dynamics.
- Relevant professional licensure or certification (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psycholog
