We are seeking an
Accountant
with strong accounting and financial expertise to provide client support, manage end-to-end accounting processes, and contribute to business development initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks, financial analysis skills, and fluent English communication.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)

Work Modality:
100% Remote

Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide support on financial and operational matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Perform monthly closing processes and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Oversee and process payroll.
- Maintain up-to-date information in QuickBooks and other accounting systems.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance.




- Collaborate on initiatives focused on business growth and process optimization.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proven experience using
QuickBooks
(Desktop and/or Online). No training on the platform will be provided.
- Knowledge of
U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
, due to the focus on serving U.S.-based clients.
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advanced or fluent
English proficiency
is a primary requirement. Spanish proficiency will be considered an additional advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple clients.
