What Youll Be Doing

Strategy Governance
- Define the experience communications strategy.
- Establish governance standards for content, branding, compliance and data use.
- Develop lifecycle communication frameworks.
- Partner with CX, UX, Product, Marketing, Legal and IT.

Communications Email Operations
- Own transactional, lifecycle and system-triggered communications.
- Build and optimize automation programs within CRM/ESP platforms.
- Manage segmentation, personalization and trigger logic.
- Ensure QA, deliverability and operational excellence.

Content Experience Management
- Align communications with content governance, SEO and web experiences.
- Approve communications for quality, consistency, accessibility and compliance.
- Maintain reusable templates and design standards.

Analytics Optimization
- Define KPIs and reporting.
- Lead testing a
