We are looking for a highly commercial, proactive, and results-driven
Business Development & Sales professional
to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The adecuado candidate is a natural relationship builder with a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn market opportunities into new business.

This role is focused on
business development, client acquisition, and sales
, working closely with internal teams to develop opportunities and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events, and other channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key decision-makers




- Understand client needs and identify opportunities to position the company's products and services
- Lead sales conversations, presentations, negotiations, and commercial proposals
- Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing
- Achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets
- Research markets, industries, and accounts to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts
- Continuously identify new approaches and initiatives to increase market penetration and revenue.
