Role Description
The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tetla, Tlaxcala. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end project execution for automotive interior components, including planning, scheduling,



resource coordination, and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional project teams, coordinating with logistics, production, and quality departments, and liaising with suppliers and customers to align requirements and timelines. The Project Manager will monitor project risks, implement corrective actions, and support expediting activities and inspections as needed to keep projects on schedule and within scope. This role also involves preparing project documentation and reports, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
