Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Researcher role based in Torreón, COA. The Researcher will investigate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation, AI integration, and digital strategy to inform product and solution design. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, analyzing data,



and translating findings into actionable insights for internal teams. The Researcher will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and strategists to validate hypotheses, support decision-making, and refine digital tools and workflows. The role also involves preparing clear reports, presentations, and documentation that communicate complex concepts in a practical, accessible manner.

Qualifications
- Strong research skills, including study design, data collection, and analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Experience working with or studying automation, AI systems, digital tools, or data-driven business operations.
- Ability to translate technical and analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common research and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software, visualization tools) and documentation platforms.
