Monitor library data and trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
Configure user interfacing front end of library tool for optimal access to standards.
Drive the timely execution of regulatory standards with a proactive, urgent approach to mitigate compliance risk and customer impact.
Manage the full procure-to-pay process, including usage analysis, stakeholder engagement,



PO lifecycle management, and invoice resolution.
Proactively maintain shared workspaces (SharePoint, Box) to provide a single source of truth for the team, demonstrating consistent rigor in information updates.
Bachelor Degree
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access database), web applications and e-business
Global mindset and cultural sensitivity
English (99% of communication will be in written and spoken English)
Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables), Smartsheet, DocuSign and web applications and e-business (Power BI, Jagger, CCL, Sievo)
Desired International management experience, including supply chain, product stewardship, customs and import/export laws and regulations
Working knowledge of global regulatory compliance organizations and trends, including policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations and third party guidelines.
