To drive and support regional growth initiatives and sales programs to develop and strengthen LCL pipeline to ultimately deliver ROFO, accelerate regional growth and contribution to global PnL. Focus on customer portfolio management, cross-region, cross-area, cross-product projects and network selling development.
Liaise with Account Owners to drive target vertical/geographical growth
Drive Cross-Region Network Selling
Define guidelines, success factors, monitoring/visibility follow up for cross-regional network selling
Design and Implement tactical plan to institutionalize network selling
Collaborate with Integral / Regional product management leadership and drive the development and/or deployment of new processes and solutions within the region
Build value propositions for MCS and CRM customers
Drive Sales Growth initiatives (intra and coss-regional)
Establish and measure repeatable sales growth success
Pipeline development of growth initiatives
Ensure MCS/CRM profitability
Data-driven project management
Project and Stakeholder management experience
