Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Lead the strategy, design, deployment and continuous evolution of PepsiCo’s commercial digital ecosystem, with direct accountability for enabling commercial growth,



customer engagement and operational efficiency through scalable digital capabilities and product-led ways of working. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial digital product roadmap, translating business priorities into practical solutions, and ensuring disciplined deployment across Sales, Commercial, S&T; and cross-functional teams. This includes driving adoption of customer-facing and field-enabling digital products, strengthening commercial execution, improving data-driven decision making, and ensuring that digital initiatives deliver measurable value across customer segments, routes to market and business profitability.
